I'm currently leading billing and finance design at Nextech Systems, streamlining medical practice payments to accelerate cash flow and eliminate costly revenue errors.

Previously, I transformed Varis (Office Depot) a $20M e-procurement platform serving Lowe's, Dominos, and Advance Auto Parts—into a consumer-grade shopping experience that drove measurable business impact.

Before that, I designed enterprise security software at Honeywell, scaling design systems across industrial platforms while keeping building occupants safe. My foundation started in agencies, crafting digital experiences for Fortune 500 clients including IHG, Coca-Cola, Citibank, and MD Anderson.

I co-organize Ladies that UX Atlanta and mentor globally through Amazing Design People List, General Assembly, and Design Buddies. As a speaker, I've shared my UX journey and advocacy for inclusive design at conferences including BuzzFeed, Students of UXD, and IXDA—reaching over 6,000 global attendees.

My Asian-American experience deeply influences my work, teaching me resilience and perspective that make me a more effective design professional today.

  • Directed the strategic design approach of a $12M digital commerce and procurement SaaS platform for more than 20 diverse customers across industries including education, government, and manufacturing
