At Nextech, I'm currently fixing the messy billing workflows that keep doctors from getting paid on time.

Medical practices are losing tons of money because their billing software is confusing and error-prone. Imagine trying to track insurance claims, patient payments, and adjustments across multiple systems while also, you know, running a medical practice.

I'm redesigning these workflows to be way more intuitive, aiming to cut the time it takes practices to collect payment from 45+ days down to under 30 days. That's a massive cash flow improvement that can literally keep small practices in business. The challenge is balancing healthcare compliance requirements with actually usable design, and working across 7+ different product teams to get it done.
